Ecommerce Personalization Strategy (Guest blog on CXL)

In the blogpost we describe the steps we think you should take to work towards personalization. When companies want to develop their first personalized experiences they often start with AI and machine learning solutions. While it’s tempting, we still believe in a stepwise approach to learn which personalization strategies work for your customers. By keeping it simple you will fail (and therefore learn) faster. This is critical for any optimization process and therefore also applies to personalization.
